Vanessa's Birthday! Whoot!
So this Friday is Vanessa's birthday and were all excited making plans and planning a surprise for her. However, i cant help but wander how Vanessa is feeling. Shes all the way over here in America and all of her family is in Germany. I couldn't imagine not being with my family for at least part of my birthday. I know now that were older we tend to not think its "cool" to hang out with our family, but i still try to spend at least part of the day with my parents. So while its really cool to plan a party for her and buy her gifts and introduce her to yet another American tradition, I also hope that shes not too home sick. So heres hoping that she has a fantastic birthday! Peace! =D

Denny's at 11 p.m.
So this weekend was my friend Amber's birthday and she turned 18! Whao! Anyway, in honor of her not having a curfew any more we decided to take a night trip to Denny's. It was amazing, though on the way there it was slightly illegal cuz we had four people in the backseat. If your ever at Denny's at 11 then i would recomend the pancack puppies which are coated in cinnimon sugar and are served with a dish of syrup. They were fantastic especially with a side order of bacon. I'm so glad that i was able to share that night and those memeories with all my best friends!

Nice weather were having
So we've been having some amazing weather lately but unfortunatly i havn't been able to enjoy it very much since i've been feeling so blah lately. (& yes blah is a state of well being) Luckily though today is a much better day for me. The symptoms are fading and i can finally start to enjoy this lovely weather. Which today it isn't quite so lovely, truth be told. However, heres hoping that tomorrow and the rest of the weekend will be as good or better. And also a early Happy Valentines Day to all of my journalism people! peace! =D

Local bands
Ok so most people don't know it but Clinton County has a really great local band scene. I know i really didn't know anything about it until i started dating Travis, who as most people know is really big into music. His band Fug'M, which stands for Fuzzhead, Geezer, and Meat, is playing at the Red Duce this Friday and I get to go and stay the whole night up there. Which can get a little long since most times they play until 1:00 or 1:30 a.m. and then by time they repack everything up its more like 3:00 when i get home. But its still amazing to see them up there and see all the people that come out to watch them play. So if you've never been to a show or been to any musical proformance in Clinton County then i would suggest seeing one soon. Its one of the few really good times you can have in Clinton County, legally. Peace! =D
